Designed by you, made by Into Wilderness founder & heritage craftsman Lewis. 
 
  • Provide your ideal bow length from tip to tip: Please see our sizes and choose from there.
  • Flat bow or Long bow: Both styles of self-bow can be used for target practice, hunting, and have historically been used for warfare
  • Draw weight: For re-enactors, up to 30lb. GB target shooting up to 60lb. 
  • Leather wrapped handle or bare handle grip 
  • The draw length may be up to 30" however short limbed bows may be only up to 20"
 
Please note that due to the wild harvested staves, all of our 'made to order bows' are unique. Made to order Bows are just that. We harvest, hew and finish our bows individually not by batch therefore all of our bows are different. 
 
All bows are equipped with a flemish twist string.  
Bows are made to order and have an estimated minimum time of 40 days before they are dispatched from the Into Wilderness HQ (Shipping UK only included in price)- Should you like to collect in person please get in touch and we will inform you as soon as your bow has been finished. We will then transfer you your shipping refund.
 
Terms and conditions of purchase MUST READ: 
No refunds or returns are accepted - If you are genuinely unhappy with your bow that you have received then you must provide detailed information regarding the bow's failings. If you over draw a bow and it breaks or string the bow incorrectly resulting in a breakage Into Wilderness is not liable and no refund will be accepted.
